All return shipping must be paid for by customer.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
Large/Heavy Parts Some items may require freight shipping. You will be contacted if this applies to your order.
Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at thepartbroker@gmail.com.
